After receiving the goods, if you find quality problems, please notify us immediately. The replacement period for all goods is 48 hours from the date of receipt of the goods. In case of any dispute, waatim.com reserves the right of final decision.

Returned merchandise must be returned with original packaging and listing. The returned product must be intact, free from stains, and unused, otherwise waatim.com reserves the right to refuse any replacement. We will replace the same model with the same color and size, and arrange to send it again. The shipping cost for returned and re-sent items is borne by the customer.

We do not accept the following exchanges or returns as a reason:
